Technische Universität Dresden secured the ranking of #=194 in the latest QS World University Rankings. U.S. News and World Report ranked the University at #185 in Best Global Universities (tie), #74 in Best Global Universities in Europe (tie) and #11 in Best Global Universities in Germany (tie).
Semesters are used at TU Dresden to separate the academic year. A student will have to pay around 1000 USD for one academic year of bachelor's education. The university offers master's degree programmes for as little as $1000 per year.
With their application for study, applicants must demonstrate English language skills at least at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The following certificates are accepted: TOEFL: Test of English as a Foreign Language and IELTS: International English Language Testing System.
